How to delete your account:
Option 1: In the app. Go to your Profile menu, select Account Settings, and tap "Delete Account." Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
Option 2: Contact us. Email contact@innerpieceapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will process it for you.
What gets deleted:
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed: your profile information, journal entries, mood data, goals, to-do lists, habit records, companion conversation history, and personal analytics.
What is retained and for how long:
After you request account deletion, your data is retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. During this period, you can contact us to cancel the deletion and restore your account. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.
Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you (such as general usage statistics) may be retained for service improvement purposes.
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account.
